Refund/Returns: No Refunds. No Returns.  

For Exchange

Squirehood can exchange the delivered product of same value, given the product is unused and in perfect condition.

Exchange Procedure:

File for exchange within 3 days of the receipt of your product.

we will require upto 3 business days from our claim approval team to get it processed further.

Option 1.  Request Reverse Pickup:  Reverse pickup not be available on all pin-codes, and will be subject to availability. To Initiate Return  and share the exchange order details at exchange@squirehood.com

Option 2. Customer can ship back: If the Reverse pickup pin code is not serviceable then customer will have to send the received product/parcel using any cheapest or nearest courier to Squirehood production facility, with proof of tracking details received from shipper. Once received at our facility, new product will be shipped immediately.

Order Rejection & Cancellations: Squirehood can cancel any order due to non availability of product or non serviceable pin code; refund for prepaid orders due to cancellation will be credited to customer's account in 2-3 working days by our Payment aggregator partners. 

COD Cancellation: Orders received with Cash on Delivery payment option (if and when offered by brand) can be cancelled due to following reasons:

 

  1. Incomplete Address (missing house number/ apartment number, landmark).

Our COD services are available on selected pin codes and locations only, and cannot be compared with locations fulfilled by any other brand. 

  1. Single Product: 4 or more products cannot be clubbed in COD Orders
  1. COD Value and products: COD services are available on specific products with a dynamic upper value capping. COD orders will be manually cancelled without notice if cart value exceeds.
  1. Customer COD Performance: If customer has refused to receive COD orders in the past (matching our buyer or our service provider's database) COD will not be offered and filtration will be done automatically or manually.

High value orders, customised products and plus sizes are not available on cash on delivery.
