Returns & Exchange Policy

Squirehood is all about doing more every day with comfort. If you are unhappy with the size of any product purchased or changed your mind regarding the color you picked, we will be glad to exchange it for you with the preferred size or color of the product of your choice. If you don’t like our product, we will refund the same. Returns are a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in which the individual sellers offer you the option of exchange, replacement, and refund. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer to the individual item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for exceptions to this returns policy and the table below.

Some products in the above categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail.

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like the item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if the pick-up service is available at the new address.
During pick-up, we will check your product for the following conditions:

Correct Product

IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product
All in-the-box accessories, like combos offered (if any), should be present.

Unused Product
The product should be unused, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Product
The product should be undamaged without scratches, dents, tears, or holes.

Undamaged Packaging
The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the returns if the above conditions are not met.
For any products, the refund will be processed once the seller has received the returned product.

Part 3 – General Rules for a triumphant Return
In some instances where the seller cannot process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, the seller may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue an eGV for an amount equivalent to the accessory’s price at the seller’s discretion.
During open-box deliveries, while accepting your order, you will be given a refund if you receive a different or damaged product (on-the-spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have an open box delivery, no return request will be processed except for manufacturing defects. These category-specific replacement/return general conditions will apply in such cases. For products where Squirehood’s service partners provide installation, do not open the product packaging by you. Squirehood-authorized personnel shall help in the unboxing and installation of the product.

‘In case we did not deliver the product, and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within two days from the delivery confirmation date for the seller to investigate.’

Note: Prepaid orders are eligible for return. Cash On Delivery orders is only available for exchange.
