Squirehood allows you to cancel your purchase any time after placing an order. You can cancel the order before it is shipped and packed in our warehouse. If Squarehood has already shipped your order, you can return it to the delivery executive at the time of delivery. We would process the refund in the source account if the order amount were paid online.
You can request a return on Squirehood.com in three simple steps –

- Choose the item to be returned.
- Enter the details asked and create a return request.
We try our best to have your product picked up within 5-7 days of raising a return request. The days needed to pick up a product may vary depending on your area’s logistics team.
All refunds for returns will be initiated only upon successful pickup as per the Returns Policy. In case of a successful pickup, the amount to be returned should get credited into your bank account within the following timelines:
- NEFT – 1 to 3 days post refund initiation. (For Cash on Delivery orders)
- Online Refund through payment gateway – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner. (For prepaid orders)

However, if we offer an expedited delivery service at any point in time, and your area pin code is serviceable, Squirehood will communicate the same with you if necessary.
